By using a Spotify gift card, e-gift card, e-card, Premium code or PIN code (the “Card”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The “Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use”, available at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/, form an integral part of these Card Terms and Conditions of Use. The Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use may include terms and conditions relating to the collection and use of personal data, general provisions concerning the services offered by Spotify, choice of law, binding arbitration (if any) and jurisdiction.
2. The Card may only be used to pay for individual Premium subscription months at standard prices and may not be used to pay for promotional or group subscriptions (such as student discount offers, trial offers, family Premium offers or Premium offers combined with other companies' products or services).
3. The Card may not be exchanged for cash or credit, nor may it be returned or resold (except as required by law).
4. To activate the Card, you must own or create a Spotify account in the country in which the Card was purchased. To use or create a Spotify account, you must meet the applicable age requirements as set forth in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use.
5. To activate the Card, go to www.spotify.com/redeem.
6. The Card must be activated within 12 months of the date of purchase. After this period, the PIN code will expire and the Card can no longer be used to make a purchase.
7. The Card is a single-use card: its full value will be deducted from an individual account at the time of use, and it will not be possible to use the value of the Card in instalments.
8. Spotify, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers and licensors disclaim all liability for loss or damage resulting from the use of lost, stolen or fraudulently obtained Cards, or from their unauthorized use.
9. The Card is provided by Spotify AB, whose registration number is 556703-7485 and whose address is Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden (“Spotify”).
10. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Card Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions printed on a Card, these Card Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
