Lycamobile

Activate your Lycamobile top-up easily from France by using one of these two methods:

• Activate your top-up by calling Lycamobile at 321

Call the 321 number from your mobile phone and follow the instructions given. The service will ask you for your Lycamobile top-up code, which we sent to you by email following your purchase.

• Activate your Lycamobile top-up by dialling *131*

Dial *131* on your mobile followed by your top-up code and the # symbol, then press the call key to complete the process.

Here is an example to guide you: if your reload code is 123456789, then you should type *131*123456789# then validate by pressing the call key.

Lebara

Do you want to activate your Lebara top-up? It couldn't be easier, just choose one of the following options and follow the few steps: 

• Activate your top-up by calling Lebara on 2323

Call 2323 from your mobile and follow the instructions. Select the first option in the menu by typing 1, and then enter your Lebara top-up code.

• Activate your Lycamobile top-up by dialling *133*

Dial *133* on your mobile followed by your top-up code finished with the # symbol and then press the call key.

Here is an example to guide you: if your reload code is 123456789, dial *133*123456789# then validate by pressing the call key.

• From abroad, activate your top-up by calling Lycamobile at +33 1 72 28 23 23

Call +33 1 72 28 23 23 from your mobile and follow the instructions. The service will ask you for the Lebara top-up code that we sent you by e-mail after your purchase. So remember to keep it close by.

• From your Lebara account 

You prefer to activate your Lebara prepaid top-up from the web. Then log in to your MyLebara account or go to your MyLebara mobile app for iOS or Android.

SFR

Activating a prepaid SFR top-up is very easy! To do so, simply use one of these 3 methods: 

• Call 952 and activate your SFR top-up 

From France, call 952 free of charge from your mobile and follow the instructions. The service will ask you to enter your 10-digit reload code. You will find this code in the email we sent you after your order. 

• Send an SMS to 952 to activate your SFR top-up 

Send your free 10-digit SFR top-up code to 952. The SFR services will automatically activate your code. 

• Activate your SFR top-up online from the SFR website

To do this, go to the "espace client SFR" section on their site and follow the activation instructions given. You will of course be asked for your 10-digit SFR top-up code, so make sure you have it nearby.

Orange

Activate your prepaid top-up on your Orange SIM card simply from France using one of these two methods:

• Call 224 to activate your Orange top-up

Call 224 from your mobile and follow the instructions. The service will ask you for your 14-digit Orange ticket code. This was sent to you by email following your purchase. 

• Dial #123# from your mobile to activate your Orange ticket 

Dial #123# and follow the instructions in the menu, and enter the 14-digit code of your Orange ticket. You should find it in your inbox once your order is completed.

Once your code is activated, your Orange credit will be automatically topped up, and you will receive an SMS informing you of your new balance. Please note that the Orange services may take a few minutes to finalise the activation of your top-up. 

PCS MasterCard

Once you have finished shopping on ReloadNow, you will receive your PCS MasterCard reload code by email at the address you provided. Please note that the PCS coupons we offer are reloads only!  The code received must be activated via the PCS services before it can be used as a payment method.

To activate your PCS MasterCard code, nothing could be easier! Choose the method of your choice from the following options and follow the instructions: 

• Activate your PCS MasterCard code via your MyPCS online account

Go to the MyPCS website and log in to your account. Go to the menu and select "Reload my card" and then go to the "PCS Reload Coupon" section. Next, enter the 10-digit code you received by email after purchasing a PCS top-up on ReloadNow.

• Activate your PCS MasterCard code from the MyPCS mobile app

From the MyPCS mobile application, go to the "Recharge" tab and then to the coupon section. In the dedicated space, enter your 10-digit reload code that we sent you by e-mail

Activating your Transcash reload coupon is a breeze. To do so, you just have to follow these few steps:

In general, it is not necessary to activate a paysafecard code in order to use it for a payment. 

Once you decide to use it, simply go on a supporting website and enter the 16-digit paysafecard code where indicated. Your code will be in the email that we sent to you after your purchase.

Some paysafecard users, however, like to have their various paysafecard reloads attached to their my paysafecard account. If this is your case, here is how to proceed to add and use it: 

• Go to mypaysafecard.com and log in to your account 
• Enter the 16-digit code of your paysafecard that we delivered you by email in the dedicated space.
• Go to a merchant site that accepts paysafecard as a payment method and select paysafecard in the check-out
• Log in to your my paysafecard account and confirm your payment 

That's it! Paysafecards are ideal for your internet transactions. They offer you an extra security barrier, as they hold very little information compared to a classic bank card.
